Dr. Martín Polanco, MD, is a physician with over two decades of expertise in functional and psychedelic-assisted therapies, specializing in ibogaine and pioneering innovative protocols to address mental health and substance use disorders. A recognized leader in the ibogaine field, he founded The Mission Within in 2017, a clinical program that has served more than 1,200 Special Operations veterans and their families, providing care for complex conditions such as PTSD, mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), substance use, and depression.

Dr. Polanco has played a pivotal role in advancing research on ibogaine and other psychedelics, collaborating with institutions like UT Austin Dell Medical School.
